Analysis of the Integration Policy of Industry and Education in China’s Vocational Education from the Perspective of Policy Tools %A 韩茹 %J Vocational Education %P 2425-2435 %@ 2160-4401 %D 2024 %I Hans Publishing %R 10.12677/ve.2024.136372 %X 国家为了实现经济社会的均衡与持续发展,实施了大力度的职业教育产教融合政策,将其视为一项至关重要的制度性设计。本研究运用“政策工具–政策内容”这一分析模型,深入剖析自2010年以来国家层面发布的98项职业教育产教融合政策文本。研究发现,国家推进职业教育产教融合建设的政策举措呈现出多元、全面、补短的特征,但总体上存在政策工具在组合搭配上结构性失衡;部分政策内容关注凸显不足;政策工具与政策内容的契合度有待提升等问题。在此基础上,提出对我国未来职业教育产教融合政策体系的建议。
In order to achieve balanced and sustainable economic and social development, the state has implemented a vigorous policy of integrating industry and education in vocational education, regarding it as a crucial institutional design. Using the analytical model of “policy tools—policy content”, this paper delves into 98 policy texts related to the integration of industry and education in vocational education issued at the national level since 2010. The research finds that the policy measures to promote the integration of industry and education in vocational education exhibit characteristics of diversity, comprehensiveness, and addressing shortcomings. However, there are some issues overall, such as structural imbalances in the combination of policy tools, insufficient attention to certain policy contents, and the need to improve the alignment between policy tools and policy contents. Based on these findings, suggestions for the future policy system of integrating industry and education in vocational education in China are proposed. %K 职业教育, %K 产教融合, %K 政策工具
