%X 乡村全面振兴，离不开农村电子商务的发展，农村电商的发展直接影响农村社区与城市社区之间的相互交融；农村电商发展能够促进农村经济发展，成为农民收入增长的推动力；农村电商发展较成熟的北方城市的经验表明：农村电商发展能够为农村提高信息的有效供给，提供更多就业创业的机会，还能转变农产品的交易方式，能够促进农业深层次变革。本文通过对农村电商促进农村经济发展的作用机制和当前农村电商发展存在的困境分析，对当下的农村电商赋能乡村全面振兴的可行方法进行了研究，提出了农村电商赋能乡村全面振兴的四条策略。
The overall revitalization of rural areas is inseparable from the development of rural e-commerce, which directly affects the interaction between rural communities and urban communities. The development of rural e-commerce can promote the development of rural economy and become the driving force of farmers’ income growth. The experience of northern cities with more mature rural e-commerce development shows that the development of rural e-commerce can improve the effective supply of information for rural areas, provide more opportunities for employment and entrepreneurship, change the trading mode of agricultural products, and promote profound changes in agriculture. Based on the analysis of the mechanism of rural e-commerce to promote rural economic development and the difficulties existing in the current development of rural e-commerce, this paper studies the feasible methods of the current rural e-commerce to enable the comprehensive revitalization of rural areas, and puts forward four strategies of rural e-commerce to enable the comprehensive revitalization of rural areas.
