%X 脑卒中因其高发病率、高致残率使得居家康复成为关键。照顾者准备度对患者康复及日常生活具有显著影响。文章就照顾者准备度的概念、评估工具、现状、影响因素及干预措施展开综述&#65292;旨在为医护人员开展相关研究及制定科学的出院服务方案提供理论依据&#65292;通过优化照顾者准备度来提升患者及其家庭的生活质量。<br>Stroke, due to its high incidence and high disability rate, makes home rehabilitation essential. Caregiver readiness significantly impacts the rehabilitation and daily life of patients. This article provides an overview of the concept, assessment tools, current status, influencing factors, and intervention measures of caregiver readiness, aiming to provide a theoretical basis for medical staff to carry out related research and develop scientific discharge service plans. By optimizing caregiver readiness, the quality of life of patients and their families can be improved.
