%X 患者男性&#65292;84岁&#65292;以进行性吞咽困难起病&#65292;入院后术后病理提示甲状腺乳头状癌与未分化癌并存&#65292;在临床上较为罕见。<br>A patient, 84 years old, with progressive dysphagia, was diagnosed as coexistence of papillary thyroid carcinoma and differentiated carcinoma through postoperative pathology, which is rare in clinical cases.
