%X 目的:本研究旨在调查分析重庆市高中生心理健康状况,为高中生心理健康成长提供科学依据。方法:选取重庆市2所中学的高一、高二、高三共2220名学生作为研究对象,采用症状自评量表(SCL-90)进行调查,并对数据进行统计分析。结果:重庆市高中生心理问题的检出率为15.1%,女生在躯体、抑郁、敌对和恐怖等九个因子的得分显著高于男生。不同年级间的结果表明,高三学生在强迫、人际、抑郁、焦虑、精神病性等因子上的得分显著高于高一、高二年级的学生。通过常模比较发现,本研究中高中生的九个因子均分都显著高于全国常模。结论:重庆市高中生心理健康状况存在一定问题,特别是高三学生和女生群体。建议从个人、学校和家庭、社会多方面采取措施,提升高中生的心理健康水平。
Objective: This study aims to investigate and analyze the mental health of high school students in Chongqing city, providing a scientific basis for the psychological growth and health of high school students. Methods: A total of 2220 students from grade 10 to grade 12 in two high schools in Chongqing city were selected as research subjects. The Symptom Checklist-90 (SCL-90) was used for the survey, and the data were statistically analyzed. Results: The detection rate of psychological problems among high school students in Chongqing is 15.1%. Female students scored significantly higher than male students in nine factors such as somatization, depression, hostility, and phobia. Results among different grades indicated that grade 12 students scored significantly higher than grade 10 and grade 11 students in factors such as obsession, interpersonal sensitivity, depression, anxiety, and psychoticism. Comparisons with the norm found that the average scores of the nine factors of high school students in this study were significantly higher than the national norms. Conclusion: There are certain issues with the mental health status of high school students in Chongqing, especially among grade 12 students and female students. It is recommended to take measures from personal, school, family, and social aspects to improve the mental health level of high school students.
