%X 在文化产业数字化转型的背景下&#65292;文化产业与短视频相互渗透。短视频成为数字技术与文化创意融合的载体&#65292;内容生产是文化产业发展的核心。浙江省作为数字经济大省和文化强省&#65292;在两者的融合上做了很多实践&#65292;包括多方联动、发展微短剧、线上线下融合、跨界协作、技术突破五个方面&#65292;促进了短视频产业和文化产业的融合与发展。但是&#65292;在产业集群效应、商业模式创新、文化溢出效应方面仍存在不足之处。未来&#65292;需要朝着微短剧精品化、文旅融合化和技术落地方向发展。<br>Against the backdrop of digital transformation in the cultural industry, the cultural industry and short videos are intertwined. Short videos have become a carrier for the integration of digital technology and cultural creativity, and content production is the core of cultural industry development. As a province with a strong digital economy and culture, Zhejiang Province has done a lot of practice in the integration of the two, including multi-party linkage, development of micro dramas, online and offline integration, cross-border collaboration, and technological breakthroughs, promoting the integration and development of the short video industry and cultural industry. However, there are still shortcomings in terms of industrial cluster effects, business model innovation, and cultural spillover effects. In the future, we need to develop towards the refinement of micro dramas, the integration of culture and tourism, and the implementation of technology.
