%X 随着信息和通信技术的快速发展,电子商务已成为现代经济的重要组成部分,对消费者的日常生活产生了深远影响。电子商务不仅降低了交易成本,提升了交易效率,还极大地改变了消费者的购物习惯。然而,电子商务的快速发展也带来了一系列问题,尤其是消费者权益保护问题日益凸显。本文旨在探讨电子商务中消费者权益保障面临的现实困境,并基于这些问题提出相应的建议和措施,以期为完善我国电子商务环境下的消费者权益保护体系提供参考。
With the rapid development of information and communication technology, e-commerce has become an important component of the modern economy and has had a profound impact on consumers’ daily lives. E-commerce not only reduces transaction costs and improves transaction efficiency, but also greatly changes consumers’ shopping habits. However, the rapid development of e-commerce has also brought a series of problems, especially the increasingly prominent issue of consumer rights protection. This article aims to explore the practical difficulties faced by consumer rights protection in e-commerce, and propose corresponding suggestions and measures based on these issues, in order to provide reference for improving the consumer rights protection system in China’s e-commerce environment.
