%X 子宫脂肪平滑肌瘤是一种良性肿瘤&#65292;发病率较低&#65292;因其症状、体征、影像学表现无特异性&#65292;术前诊断困难&#65292;明确诊断需依靠病理检查。本文报告妇科恶性肿瘤合并子宫脂肪平滑肌瘤1例&#65292;针对该病的发病特点、临床表现、影像学表现、病理诊断及治疗进行分析&#65292;并复习相关文献&#65292;为了解该病特点、指导临床诊治提供帮助。<br>Uterine lipoleiomyoma is a benign tumor with a low incidence rate. Because its symptoms, signs, and imaging manifestations are nonspecific, it is difficult to make a preoperative diagnosis. A clear diagnosis needs to rely on pathological examination. This paper reports a case of gynecological malignant tumor combined with uterine lipoleiomyoma. This paper analyzes the characteristics, clinical manifestations, imaging findings, pathological diagnosis, and treatment of this disease and performs a literature review, so as to provide help for understanding the characteristics of this disease and guiding clinical diagnosis and treatment.
