%X 现阶段，随着城镇化的不断推进及结构性改革的经济新常态不断发展，我国部分城市收缩及区域发展不均衡问题愈加突出，引起了学界、业界的高度关注。基于此背景，探讨我国城市收缩对区域塌陷的影响机制有其现实意义。本文对城市收缩和区域塌陷相关文献做了综述，主要基于城市收缩现象考察了其发展历程及内涵，论述了其成因、机制与效应。本文认为，城市收缩的主要成因有中心城市群效应、产需不匹配、公共服务和设施不完善等，此外，城市收缩可以通过直接影响路径和间接影响路径对区域塌陷造成影响，最后本文提出相应的政策建议以应对城市收缩及其带来的区域塌陷问题。
At the present stage, with the continuous advancement of urbanization and the continuous development of the new economic normal of structural reform, the problem of shrinkage of some cities and uneven regional development in China has become more and more prominent, which has aroused a high degree of concern in the academic community and the industry. Based on this background, it is of practical significance to explore the influence mechanism of urban shrinkage on regional collapse in China. This paper summarizes the literature on urban shrinkage and regional collapse, examines the development history and connotation of urban shrinkage, and discusses its causes, mechanisms and effects. This paper argues that the main causes of urban shrinkage include the central city cluster effect, mismatch between production and demand, and imperfect public services and facilities, etc. In addition, urban shrinkage can affect regional subsidence through both direct and indirect influence paths, and finally, this paper puts forward corresponding policy suggestions to cope with urban shrinkage and its resulting regional subsidence problems.
