Research on the Problems and Optimization Path of Urban Garbage Classification in the Context of Ecological Civilization %A 陈煜婷 %J Advances in Social Sciences %P 357-365 %@ 2169-2564 %D 2024 %I Hans Publishing %R 10.12677/ass.2024.13111022 %X 随着我国城市不断发展,城镇化的不断推进,城市垃圾种类和数量逐渐增加,许多城市面临着垃圾围城的威胁。在这种情况下,如何处理城市垃圾成为政府面临的首要问题。为解决垃圾对城市环境的污染,打造宜居的城市生活环境,在城市中推行垃圾分类就显得尤为重要。本文从城市垃圾分类的价值意义出发,在对我国城市垃圾分类现状展开描述的基础上,通过深度分析发现我国城市在垃圾分类的过程中还存在着城市居民参与度低、非政府组织参与城市垃圾分类力度低、垃圾分类设施配备不健全以及城市垃圾分类监管难以落实的问题。针对以上问题,本文提出以下的优化路径:一是加强垃圾分类宣传教育,二是构建多元主体协同共治,三是建立完善的垃圾分类设施,四是完善垃圾分类监管体系。
With the continuous development of China’s cities and urbanization, the types and quantities of urban garbage are gradually increasing, and many cities are facing the threat of being surrounded by garbage. Under such circumstances, how to deal with urban garbage has become the primary problem faced by the government. In order to solve the pollution of garbage to the urban environment and create a livable urban living environment, it is especially important to implement garbage classification in the city. Starting from the value and significance of urban garbage classification, this paper describes the current situation of urban garbage classification in China, and through in-depth analysis, finds that in the process of garbage classification in China, there are still problems such as low participation of urban residents, low participation of non-governmental organizations in urban garbage classification, inadequate garbage classification facilities, and difficulty in implementing urban garbage classification supervision. Aiming at the above problems, this paper puts forward the following optimization paths: firstly, to strengthen the publicity and education of garbage classification, secondly, to build the synergistic governance of multiple subjects, thirdly, to establish perfect garbage classification facilities, and fourthly, to improve the garbage classification supervision system. %K 生态文明, %K 城市, %K 垃圾分类
