Research on the Influencing Factors of Employment Anxiety of College Graduates %A 宋水兰 %A 梁信舅 %J Creative Education Studies %P 60-66 %@ 2331-804X %D 2024 %I Hans Publishing %R 10.12677/ces.2024.1211766 %X 大学生毕业生就业焦虑的影响因素多且复杂,大致可分为人口学因素、外在因素、内在因素共三类。人口学因素主要有性别、生源地、专业等因素,外在因素主要有家庭、学校、社会等因素,内在因素主要有就业自信心、自我认知及评价、自我效能感等个体心理因素。本研究针对不同的影响因素,从个体、家庭、学校、社会共四个方面提出了相应的对策和建议,旨在提高大学生毕业生生涯希望,降低就业焦虑,促进其生涯获得顺利发展。
The influencing factors of graduate employment anxiety are many and complex and can be divided into three types: demographic factors, external factors, and internal factors. The factors of demography mainly include gender, the origin of students, specialty, and so on. The external factors mainly include family, school, society, and so on, the internal factors are employment self-confidence, self-cognition and evaluation, self-efficacy, and other individual psychological factors. According to different influencing factors, this study puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions from four aspects: individual, family, school, and society, aiming at improving the career hope of college graduates and reducing employment anxiety, to promote the smooth development of their career. %K 就业焦虑, %K 就业支持, %K 就业指导, %K 生涯发展
