%X 农村土地要素市场化在实现共同富裕、满足多样化追求等方面具有显著特征。基于农村土地市场化配置的天然优势&#65292;其必将成为解决农村土地制度改革的主渠道。但是现阶段依旧存在央地改革不协调、利用效率低下、管理体制滞后等现实问题。因此&#65292;只有在尊重农民普遍利益诉求和市场规律下&#65292;通过土地制度供给侧结构性改革&#65292;有效处理好市场化的外部性&#65292;发挥市场在资源配置中的决定性作用&#65292;才能充分释放农村土地效能。<br>The marketization of rural land elements has significant characteristics in achieving common prosperity and satisfying the pursuit of diversification. Based on the natural advantages of market-oriented allocation of rural land, it will surely become the main channel to solve the reform of rural land system. However, at this stage, there are still practical problems such as uncoordinated reform between the central and local governments, low utilization efficiency, and lagging management system. Therefore, only by respecting the general interests of farmers and the laws of the market, through the supply-side structural reform of the land system, effectively handling the externalities of marketization, and giving full play to the decisive role of the market in the allocation of resources, can the efficiency of rural land be fully released.
