%X 随着医疗健康产业的数字化转型&#65292;医保支付接入医药电商平台成为行业发展的新趋势。推动医保支付与医药电商平台深度融合&#65292;对于提升医疗服务质量、促进医药健康产业高质量发展具有重要意义。本文通过分析政策背景、不同医药电商模式的医保接入情况以及地区实践&#65292;识别出政策法规不完善、药店利润受压、个人隐私安全和供应链管理等阻碍因素。基于此&#65292;提出完善法律法规、加强技术保障、优化供应链管理及加强部门联动等对策建议&#65292;旨在促进医药电商行业健康发展&#65292;实现医保基金的有效利用和患者权益的保护。<br>With the digital transformation of the medical and health industry, the integration of medical insurance payment into pharmaceutical e-commerce platforms has emerged as a new trend in industry development. Promoting the deep integration of medical insurance payment and pharmaceutical e-commerce platforms is of great significance for improving medical service quality and fostering high-quality development in the medical and health industry. This paper analyzes the policy background, the status of medical insurance integration across different pharmaceutical e-commerce models, and regional practices, identifying obstacles such as incomplete policies and regulations, compressed pharmacy profits, personal privacy security concerns, and supply chain management challenges. Based on these findings, strategies such as refining laws and regulations, enhancing technical safeguards, optimizing supply chain management, and strengthening interdepartmental collaboration are proposed, aiming to facilitate the healthy development of the pharmaceutical e-commerce industry, achieve effective utilization of medical insurance funds, and protect patient rights.
