%X 在农业产业链现代化的大背景下，农村电商作为推动农村经济转型的重要力量，正处于一场深刻的变革之中。本文基于华中师范大学2024年发起的“农村经营形态”全国调查项目，通过问卷调查及半结构式访谈获取实证资料，探讨了当前农村电商的发展现状，并分析了其面临的主要问题及挑战。研究发现，农村电商存在平台建设不足、物流配送不畅、农村电商人才缺乏等问题。为此，本文提出了若干对策建议，包括加强电商基础设施建设、完善物流体系、培养农村电商人才以及推动政策支持等，以期进一步推动农村电商的健康发展，实现农业产业链的全面升级。
In the context of the modernization of the agricultural industrial chain, the rural e-commerce, as an important force to promote the transformation of the rural economy, is in a profound reform. Based on the national survey project of “Rural Business Form” initiated by Central China Normal University in 2024, this paper obtains empirical data through questionnaire survey and semi-structured interview, discusses the current development status of rural e-commerce, and analyzes the main problems and challenges it faces. The study found that rural e-commerce has problems such as insufficient platform construction, poor logistics distribution and lack of rural e-commerce talents. To this end, this paper puts forward several countermeasures and suggestions, including strengthening the construction of e-commerce infrastructure, improving the logistics system, cultivating rural e-commerce talents and promoting policy support, in order to further promote the healthy development of rural e-commerce and realize the comprehensive upgrading of the agricultural industry chain.
