%X 淫羊藿为我国传统常用中药&#65292;朝藿定A是淫羊藿的主要成分之一。目前研究显示具有抗骨质疏松、抗炎、抗氧化、抗菌、抗阿尔茨海默病、神经保护等药理活性。本文结合文献对朝藿定A的药理学活性作用进行综述&#65292;为该化合物的基础研究及临床应用提供借鉴。<br>Epimedium is a traditional Chinese medicine commonly used in China, and Epimedin A is one of the main components of Epimedium. Current studies have shown that it has pharmacological activities such as anti-osteoporosis, anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, antibacterial, anti-Alzheimer&#8217;s and neuroprotection. This article reviews the pharmacological activity of Epimedin A based on the literature, and provides a reference for the basic research and clinical application of Epimedin A.
