%X 左髂静脉压迫综合征是引起左下肢深静脉血栓形成的重要原因之一&#65292;在合并肿瘤的患者中&#65292;常常因为肿瘤本身的病变而忽略血栓相关的并发症&#65292;延误治疗&#65292;引起严重的并发症。现报道遂宁市中心医院1例结直肠肿瘤合并左髂静脉压迫综合征引起左下肢深静脉血栓形成患者的病例&#65292;总结对该病的诊治体会。<br>Left iliac vein compression syndrome is one of the important causes of left lower extremity deep vein thrombosis. In patients with tumors, thrombosis related complications are often ignored due to tumor lesions and delayed treatment leads to serious complications. This article reports a case of left lower extremity deep vein thrombosis caused by colorectal tumor combined with left iliac vein compression syndrome in Suining Central Hospital, and summarizes the diagnosis and treatment experience of this disease.
