Research on the Strategy of Coordinated Innovation and Development for the Integration of Teaching, Research, and Practice Based on University-University Collaboration %A 吕婷 %A 忻喆 %J Advances in Education %P 95-100 %@ 2160-7303 %D 2024 %I Hans Publishing %R 10.12677/ae.2024.14112026 %X 新时代背景下,三教统筹协同创新发展是高校建设高质量教育体系的重要途径,也是实现教育现代化的关键举措。而基于校校合作的三教统筹协同创新发展策略研究,是一个涉及教育资源整合、教学模式创新以及人才培养体系优化的重要议题。校校合作通过长效合作机制有助于高校在保持自身特色的同时,实现资源共享和优势互补,最终推动教育质量、科研水平和社会服务能力的整体提升。因此,本文分析了校校合作的社会学背景、校校合作模式下的三教统筹的社会学理论基础以及存在的问题,并以上海出版印刷高等专科学校(以下简称“版专”)为例,探讨其与上海理工大学(以下简称“理工”)在三教统筹协同创新发展上的合作方式,同时针对性地从政策制度、课程体系、师资队伍建设、产学研结合四方面为三教统筹协同创新发展提出策略建议,为实现教育资源的优化配置,促进教育质量的整体提升提供有益思路。
In the context of the new era, the coordinated and innovative development of the integration of teaching, research, and service is an important approach to building a high-quality educational system in universities and a key measure to achieve educational modernization. The research on the strategy of coordinated and innovative development of the integration of teaching, research, and service based on university-university cooperation is a significant topic involving the integration of educational resources, innovation in teaching models, and optimization of talent cultivation systems. University-university cooperation facilitates resource sharing and complementary advantages among universities through long-term cooperative mechanisms, while maintaining their unique characteristics, ultimately promoting the overall improvement of educational quality, research levels, and social service capabilities. Therefore, this paper analyzes the sociological background of school-school cooperation, the sociological theoretical basis of the overall planning of the three educations under the school-school cooperation model, and the existing problems. Taking Shanghai Publishing and Printing College (hereinafter referred to as “SPPC”) as an example, this paper discusses its cooperation with University of Shanghai for Science and Technology (hereinafter referred to as “USST”) in the coordinated and innovative development of the overall planning of the three educations. Moreover, we present strategic advice tailored specifically for the integrated and innovative development of the three educational pillars—tertiary, vocational, and continuing education—encompassing policy frameworks, curriculum design, teacher development, and the fusion of industry, academia, and research. These suggestions are intended to facilitate the optimal allocation of educational resources and foster a comprehensive improvement in the quality of education. %K 校校合作, %K 三教, %K 协同创新
