%X 现如今，普罗大众的物质水平与审美需求在不断提高，人们对于家具设计的使用需求已不仅仅是简单的具备舒适简洁特征，转而倾向于更美观、更特别的设计。而现如今，对于符号学的出现与深入，尤其是对于中华传统文化的符号学解读与应用，家具设计也愈发注重其设计的多学科发展以及设计的象征性寓意。本文便意在了解符号学语义与传统文化关联性的前提下，解读传统文化符号意象、探索传统文化符号与现代家具设计融合的可行性与契合点，为设计师在当今的创新实践中提供了创新视点。
With the development and progress of society, the general public’s demand for material level and aesthetic needs continues to increase, and people’s demand for furniture design is not only simple to have comfortable and concise characteristics, but also tends to be more beautiful and special design. Nowadays, for the emergence and deepening of semiotics, especially for the semiotic interpre-tation and application of traditional Chinese culture, furniture design has also paid more and more attention to the multidisciplinary development of its design and the symbolic meaning of design. On the premise of understanding the relevance of semiotic semantics and traditional culture, this paper aims to interpret the image of traditional cultural symbols, explore the feasibility and convergence point of the integration of traditional cultural symbols and modern furniture design, and provide an innovative perspective for designers in today’s innovation practice.
