Objective: To explore the impact of homogenized training of nurses’ first-aid capacity on nurses’ first-aid skills and emergency capabilities in primary hospitals under the guidance of ISD model in medical consortia. Method: 46 nurses from two medical consortium branches of Lishui People’s Hospital were selected as research subjects, and an emergency skills training management group was established to design and implement the homogenized first-aid skills training for nurses in primary hospitals of the medical consortium guided by the ISD model. First-aid skills, General Self-Efficacy Scale (GSES), and nursing training satisfaction of nurses in primary hospitals of medical consortia were compared before and after training. Result: The scores of basic theoretical knowledge and comprehensive ability after training were significantly higher than those before training (P < 0.005). The scores of emergency handling skills, professional knowledge, cooperation ability and psychological quality after training were significantly higher than those before training (P < 0.001). The GSES score after training was significantly higher than that before training (P < 0.001). After training (under the guidance of ISD model), training time arrangement, training course content, training teachers, training materials and training harvest scores were significantly higher than those before training (P < 0.001). Conclusion: Under the guidance of the ISD model, the homogenization training of nurses’ first-aid skills in primary hospitals of medical consortia can significantly improve their first-aid skills and emergency capabilities and effectively enhance their self-efficacy and nursing training satisfaction. %K ISD模型, %K 同质化培训, %K 医联体, %K 急救技能, %K 应急能力
