This research delves into and elucidates the strategies for nurturing skilled talent within the context of higher vocational colleges, focusing on the lens of new quality productivity. Through a comprehensive analysis of the conceptual underpinnings and distinctive attributes of new quality productivity, alongside an examination of the prevailing situations and challenges in the realm of skilled talent development within higher vocational institutions, this research aims to uncover the inherent linkages between the cultivation of skilled talent and the advancement of new quality productivity. By synthesizing insights from successful case studies both domestically and internationally, this study proposes a series of strategic approaches. These include the strategic refinement of academic major configurations and curriculum system, the meticulous enhancement of practical training modules, the robust fortification of faculty development, the profound intensification of collaboration between industry and educational institutions. Moreover, it advocates for the establishment of an innovative skilled talent development mechanism and the implementation of an improved quality assessment framework.
