Research on the Application of Garden Plants in Healing Landscape %A 陈祥宇 %A 吴亚伟 %A 张子涵 %J Design %P 959-966 %@ ****-**** %D 2024 %I Hans Publishing %R 10.12677/design.2024.95631 %X 随着现代社会对心理健康的日益关注，疗愈景观作为一种能够缓解压力、促进身心健康的特殊景观形式，受到了广泛的研究和应用。其中，园林植物作为疗愈景观的重要组成元素，其选择、配置及应用效果成为研究的热点。本文对国内外关于园林植物在疗愈景观中应用的研究进展进行综述，包括园林植物种类与疗愈效果、配置方式与疗愈效果等方面。通过梳理和分析现有研究，本文评价了当前研究的价值和不足：1) 缺乏对园林植物在疗愈景观中长期效果的追踪观察；2) 园林植物与其他疗愈元素的结合运用不足；3) 当前的研究和实践难以完全覆盖不同疾病和人群对疗愈景观的需求。未来的研究需要进行长期的追踪研究，对不同人群、不同疾病在园林植物疗愈景观中的效果进行持续观察和评估，以更准确地评估园林植物的疗愈效果；其次，探索如何将园林植物与其他疗愈元素有效地结合起来，以提供更全面、更高效的疗愈环境；此外，更加深入地了解不同人群的需求，并针对性地设计和配置园林植物，以提供更个性化的疗愈环境。
With the increasing attention of modern society to mental health, healing landscape, as a special landscape form that can relieve stress and promote physical and mental health, has been widely studied and applied. Among them, garden plants, as an important component of healing landscape, their selection, configuration and application effect have become the focus of research. In this paper, the research progress on the application of garden plants in healing landscape at home and abroad is reviewed, including the types and healing effects of garden plants, configuration and healing effects. By combing and analyzing the existing research, this paper evaluates the value and shortcomings of the current research: 1) the lack of tracking and observation of the medium and long-term effects of garden plants in the healing landscape; 2) Insufficient use of garden plants in combination with other healing elements; 3) It is difficult for current research and practice to fully cover the healing landscape needs of different diseases and populations. Future studies need to conduct long-term follow-up studies to continuously observe and evaluate the effects of different populations and diseases in the healing landscape of garden plants, so as to more accurately evaluate the healing effects of garden plants. Secondly, explore how garden plants can be effectively combined with other healing elements to provide a more comprehensive and efficient healing environment; In addition, more in-depth understanding of the needs of different populations, and targeted design and configuration of garden plants to provide a more personalized healing environment. %K 园林植物， %K 疗愈景观， %K 心理健康， %K 应用研究
