%X 岩板滩水库特大连续梁桥,其23#及24#主墩为水中围堰作业,为保障施工安全、进度,并降低施工成本。本研究基于当前规范并结合工程实际情况,基于套管箱围堰及锁扣钢管桩围堰两种类型,充分考虑水库低扰动性、工程载荷及围堰结构稳定及可靠性等因素,进行优化对比分析。研究显示:锁扣钢管桩围堰对水库安全及水质安全及围堰结构安全具有明显的综合优势,是满足该水库特大连续桥的最优方案。该分析成果对类似的大型桥梁水下墩柱施工的围堰方案优化具有重要参考和指导意义。
The 23# and 24# main piers of the Yanbantan Reservoir mega continuous beam bridge are con- structed with underwater cofferdams to ensure construction safety, progress, and reduce construction costs. This study is based on current standards and combined with the actual engineering situation and conducts optimization and comparative analysis based on two types of cofferdams: casing box cofferdam and locking steel pipe pile cofferdam, fully considering factors such as reservoir water level, engineering load, and the stability and reliability of cofferdam structure. Research shows that the locking steel pipe pile cofferdam has obvious comprehensive advantages and is the optimal solution to meet the requirements of the super large continuous bridge of the reservoir. The analysis results have important reference and guidance significance for the optimization of cofferdam schemes for similar large-scale bridge underwater pier construction.
