%X 目的 观察育阴散干预达那唑诱导的雌性性早熟大鼠模型的影响。方法 将雌性幼龄SD大鼠40只,按照随机数字表法分为正常组、模型组、生理盐水干预组和中药干预组,每组10只。除正常组外,其余三组大鼠均在5日龄采用皮下注射达那唑300 μg的诱导方法建立性早熟模型,生理盐水干预组和中药干预组在15日龄时用生理盐水和育阴散进行干预,同时观察记录各组大鼠阴门开启情况。待模型组大鼠阴门开启后,对各组大鼠进行子宫和卵巢指数进行比较,并用酶联免疫吸附法检测各组大鼠血清中LH、E2的水平,分析育阴散干预雌性性早熟模型大鼠对其性器官和性激素的影响。结果 与正常组和中药干预组比较,模型组和生理盐水干预组大鼠阴门开启时间提前。与正常组比较,模型组和生理盐水干预组大鼠的子宫和卵巢指数明显升高(P < 0.05)。与正常组相比,模型组和生理盐水干预组的血清LH和E2水平均明显升高(P < 0.05),中药干预组与模型组和生理盐水干预组相比,血清LH和E2水平则显著降低(P < 0.05);与正常组相比,中药干预组血清LH水平无显著差异(P > 0.05),但血清E2水平则升高(P < 0.05)。结论 滋阴降火自拟方育阴散能够推迟雌性性早熟模型大鼠的阴门开启时间,延缓卵巢和子宫的发育,并且能够降低血清LH和E2的水平,起到预防性早熟的作用。
Objective To observe the effect of Yuyinsan on the female precocious puberty rat model induced by danazol. Methods Forty young female SD rats were divided into a normal group, a model group, a saline intervention group, and a Chinese medicine intervention group according to the random number table method, with 10 rats in each group. Except for the normal group, the other three groups of rats were all treated with subcutaneous injection of 300 μg of danazol to establish the precocious puberty model at 5 days of age. The saline intervention group and the Chinese medicine intervention group were intervened with saline and Yuyinsan at 15 days of age, and the opening of the vulva of the rats in each group was observed and recorded. After the vulva of the model group rats opened, the uterine and ovarian indexes of the rats in each group were compared, and the levels of LH and E2 in the serum of the rats in each group were detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay to analyze the effects of Yuyinsan on the sexual organs and sex hormones of female precocious puberty model rats. Results Compared with the normal group and the Chinese medicine intervention group, the vulva opening time of the rats in the model group and the normal saline intervention group was advanced. Compared with the normal group, the uterine and ovarian indexes of the rats in the model group and the normal saline intervention group were significantly increased (P < 0.05). Compared with the normal group, the serum LH and E2 levels of the model group and the normal saline intervention group were significantly increased (P < 0.05), and the serum LH and E2 levels of the Chinese medicine intervention group were significantly decreased compared with the model group and the normal saline intervention group (P < 0.05); compared with the normal group, the serum LH level of the
