With the deepening of globalization and informatization, scientific and technological innovation has become the core driving force to promote the competitiveness of enterprises and even countries. As the main body of scientific and technological innovation, the cultivation, attraction and retention of scientific and technological talents have become the key factors affecting the core competitiveness of enterprises. The construction of science and technology talent ecosystem is not only related to the long-term development of enterprises, but also an important part of the construction of national innovation system. The construction of science and technology talent ecosystem involves many aspects, including but not limited to the construction of talent training mechanism, the formulation of talent attraction strategy, the optimization of talent incentive and retention strategy, the promotion of interdisciplinary integration, and the collaboration with other innovation subjects.
