%X 针对毕业学员开展教学质量跟踪反馈工作是军队院校实现教学育人与部队岗位需求精准对接的重要举措。论文借鉴PDCA管理模式,在统筹考虑学员履职周期各阶段任职能力需求的基础上,围绕军政素养、任职能力、指挥管理能力、创新能力和军事战略素养等方面开展跟踪反馈评价指标体系构建。结论:对于高质量开展跟踪反馈工作,循序渐进完善军队院校育人目标、优化育人机制、丰富育人方法手段具有积极的促进作用。
Carrying out teaching quality tracking and feedback work for graduating students is an important measure for military colleges to achieve precise alignment between teaching and education and the needs of military positions. The paper draws on the PDCA management model and, based on a comprehensive consideration of the job competency needs of students at each stage of their performance cycle, constructs a tracking and feedback evaluation index system around military and political literacy, job competency, command and management capability, innovation capability, and military strategic literacy. Conclusion: It has a positive promoting effect on carrying out high-quality tracking and feedback work, gradually improving the educational goals, optimizing the educational mechanism, and enriching the educational methods and means of military academies.
