%X 自护能力是影响慢性病发病、进展及预后的重要可改变因素。然而&#65292;提高慢性病患者的自护能力是一个复杂和长期的过程&#65292;给患者及医务工作者带来了巨大的挑战。所以本文通过整理国内外相关的文献&#65292;从自护能力的概念、自我护理能力的评估、国内外慢性病患者自护能力现状以及影响慢性病患者自护能力的因素方面阐述其发展现状&#65292;并提出展望&#65292;以期为提高慢性病患者的自护能力提供参考和借鉴。<br>Self-care ability is an important modifiable factor affecting the onset, progression and prognosis of chronic diseases. However, improving the self-care ability of patients with chronic diseases is a complex and long-term process, which brings great challenges to patients and medical workers. Therefore, by collating relevant literature at home and abroad, this paper expounds on the development status of self-care ability from the aspects of the concept of self-care ability, assessment of self-care ability, current situation of self-care ability of patients with chronic diseases at home and abroad, and factors affecting the self-care ability of patients with chronic diseases, and puts forward prospects, in order to provide a reference for improving the self-care ability of chronic disease patients.
