Research on the Influencing of Digital Economy Promoting High-Quality Development of the Yangtze River Economic Belt: Theoretical Logic and Empirical Test %A 陈德宁 %A 蔡鑫宇 %J E-Commerce Letters %P 377-390 %@ 2168-5851 %D 2024 %I Hans Publishing %R 10.12677/ecl.2024.1341160 %X 数字经济是新一轮科技革命和产业变革的核心驱动力，对经济高质量发展意义重大。基于2011~2022年长江经济带11省市面板数据，采用熵权法和面板固定效应回归模型，实证检验了数字经济发展对区域高质量发展的影响及作用机理。研究发现：基础设施是数字经济发展的首要驱动因素，对外开放和环境保护是高质量发展的关键影响因素；数字经济发展对长江经济带高质量发展具有显著正向影响；数字经济通过优化产业结构和提升劳动力质量间接促进区域高质量发展。据此，提出加快数字基础设施建设、推动产业数字化转型升级、完善区域协同发展机制、优化产业结构、提升劳动力素质等政策建议，以充分发挥数字经济赋能作用，全面提升长江经济带高质量发展水平。
The digital economy is the core driving force of the new round of scientific and technological revolution and industrial transformation, which is of great significance to high-quality economic development. Based on the panel data of 11 provinces and cities in the Yangtze River Economic Belt from 2011 to 2022, this study employs the entropy weight method and panel fixed effect regression model to empirically test the impact and mechanism of digital economy development on regional high-quality development. The research findings reveal that infrastructure is the primary driving factor for the development of the digital economy, while opening-up and environmental protection are the key influencing factors of high-quality development. The development of the digital economy has a significant positive impact on the high-quality development of the Yangtze River Economic Belt. Moreover, the digital economy indirectly promotes regional high-quality development by optimizing the industrial structure and improving labor quality. Accordingly, this study proposes policy recommendations such as accelerating the construction of digital infrastructure, promoting the digital transformation and upgrading of industries, improving the mechanism of regional collaborative development, optimizing the industrial structure, and enhancing labor quality, so as to give full play to the empowering role of the digital economy and comprehensively improve the level of high-quality development in the Yangtze River Economic Belt. %K 数字经济， %K 高质量发展， %K 长江经济带， %K 产业结构， %K 劳动力质量
