The Research Trend of Digital Technology Enabling Social Governance—Literature Visualization Analysis Based on CiteSpace %A 袁玉莹 %J E-Commerce Letters %P 320-330 %@ 2168-5851 %D 2024 %I Hans Publishing %R 10.12677/ecl.2024.1341154 %X 基于中国知网CNKI数据库的文献，运用CiteSpace文献计量工具对2014年至2024年数字技术与社会治理研究的热点和趋势进行分析，结果表明在国家政策的支持与引导下，数字技术赋能社会治理的研究成果整体呈现上升趋势。然而，研究者之间的合作呈现离散状态，尚未凝聚成具有较大规模和影响力的研究团队。研究热点主题聚集在数字技术应用领域相关研究、数字技术如何更好进行赋能这两个方面。研究主题从早期的智慧社会构建，到中期的数字风险防范，再到目前的数字乡村发展，是从单纯的技术应用扩展到风险管理和社会公平，反映出数字技术与社会治理的融合不断深化。展望未来，数字赋能社会治理研究应鼓励跨学科、跨领域的合作；聚焦前沿拓展研究热点，为数字赋能社会治理提供更为丰富的实践经验和案例；关注数字经济、数据安全、数字伦理等前沿问题，探索数字技术在社会治理中的新应用、新模式和新挑战。
Based on the literature of CNKI database, the CiteSpace is used to analyze the hot spots and trends of digital technology and social governance from 2014 to 2024. The results show that under the support and guidance of national policies, the research results of digital technology enabling social governance show an overall upward trend. However, the cooperation between researchers presents a discrete state and has not yet condensed into a large and influential research team. Hot research topics focus on related research in the field of digital technology application and how to better empower digital technology. The research theme, from the early construction of smart society to the digital risk prevention in the middle term, and then to the current digital rural development, is from the simple technology application to risk management and social equity, reflecting the deepening integration of digital technology and social governance. Looking to the future, the research on digital enabling social governance should encourage interdisciplinary cooperation, focus on frontier research hot spots, provide more practical experience and cases for digital enabling social govern-ance; pay attention to frontier issues such as digital economy, data security and digital ethics, and explore new applications, new models and new challenges of digital technology in social governance. %K 数字技术， %K 技术赋能， %K 社会治理， %K 知识图谱
