%X 葛根芩连汤源于《伤寒杂病论》&#65292;由葛根、黄芩、黄连、甘草组成。后世医家用其治疗湿热型2型糖尿病(type 2 diabetes mellitus, T2DM)&#65292;疗效显著。本文对葛根芩连汤治疗T2DM及其并发症的临床效果和降糖机制进行总结&#65292;发现该方降糖机制主要与改善胰岛素抵抗、调节胰岛<i>&#946;</i>细胞功能、抗炎、抗氧化等有关&#65292;且与西药相比具有不良反应少、有效率高等优势。基于以上总结以期为葛根芩连汤治疗2型糖尿病的作用机制的深入研究以及临床应用提供有益的参考。<br>Gegen Qinlian Decoction originates from the <i>Treatise on Cold Damage and Miscellaneous Diseases</i> and is composed of Pueraria, Scutellaria baicalensis, Coptis and Licorice. It is effective in the treatment of damp-heat type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM) by doctors of later generations. This paper summarizes the clinical effect and hypoglycemic mechanism of Gegen Qinlian Decoction in the treatment of T2DM and its complications. It is found that the hypoglycemic mechanism of Gegen Qinlian Decoction is mainly related to the improvement of insulin resistance, regulation of islet <i>&#946;</i> cell function, anti-inflammation and antioxidation and regulation. And Gegen Qinlian Decoction has the advantages of fewer adverse reactions and high effective rate compared with Western medicine. Therefore, it is expected that this paper can provide useful reference for the in-depth study of the mechanism and clinical application of Gegen Qinlian Decoction in the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus.
