%X 妊娠期恶心呕吐是孕妇常见病&#65292;会对母体和胎儿产生不良影响&#65292;可发展为妊娠剧吐&#65292;导致不良妊娠结局。近年来&#65292;由于穴位贴敷在妊娠期恶心呕吐的治疗中具有效果良好、操作简便安全、可与不同疗法联合应用等优势&#65292;被广泛应用于临床。文章就中药穴位贴敷的机制及中药穴位贴敷治疗妊娠期恶心呕吐的应用现状进行综述&#65292;以期为在不同干预方案下应用中药穴位贴敷治疗妊娠期恶心呕吐提供依据。<br>Nausea and vomiting of pregnancy is a common disease of pregnant women, which will have adverse effects on the mother and fetus and can develop into hyperemesis gravidarum, leading to adverse pregnancy outcomes. In recent years, acupoint application has been widely used in clinics, which has attracted much attention because of its advantages such as good effect, simple and safe operation and combined application with different therapies in the treatment of nausea and vomiting of pregnancy. This paper summarizes the mechanism of acupoint application of traditional Chinese medicine and the application status of acupoint application of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of nausea and vomiting of pregnancy, in order to provide a basis of acupoint application of traditional Chinese medicine under different intervention schemes in treating nausea and vomiting of pregnancy.
