%X 目的&#65306;探讨精细化管理在肝移植患者术后早期实施目标导向液体疗法的护理策略。方法&#65306;选取2019年1月至2023年12月入我科治疗的33例肝移植术后出现低血容量患者的资料&#65292;术后均采取目标导向液体疗法&#65292;观察患者的血流动力学参数&#65292;实施精细化的管理。结果&#65306;33例患者均达到最佳循环功能状态&#65292;无严重并发症发生。结论&#65306;肝移植术后实施精细化管理对早期实施目标导向液体疗法&#65292;减少并发症的发生有较好的作用。<br>Objective: To explore the nursing strategies of refined management in the implementation of goal-directed fluid therapy in the early postoperative period of liver transplantation patients. Methods: Data from 33 liver transplant patients with hypovolemia who were treated in our department from January 2019 to December 2023 were selected. All patients received goal-directed fluid therapy after surgery, and their hemodynamic parameters were observed while implementing refined management. Results: All 33 patients achieved the optimal state of circulatory function without severe complications. Conclusion: The implementation of refined management after liver transplantation has a positive effect on the early application of goal-directed fluid therapy to reduce the incidence of complications.
