This paper studies the current situation and impact of live sports courses among college students. Through investigation and mathematical modeling analysis, we found that sports live courses are diverse and specialized and can meet the needs of college students. Research results show that 70% of college students use live sports courses, 50% of them participate 1~2 times a week, and 30% participate more than 3 times a week. College students are highly satisfied with these courses. The main satisfaction points include convenience, course quality and coaching professionalism. In addition, college students who used live sports courses performed better in self-evaluation of physical fitness and frequency of physical exercise. The research results show that live sports courses have a significant positive impact on the physical quality of college students. Based on this, we recommend that college students actively participate in live sports courses, and that educational institutions and fitness platforms continue to promote and develop diverse and professional courses, improve the interactivity and user experience of the courses, and encourage college students to develop healthy physical exercise habits. These initiatives help improve the physical fitness of college students and promote their healthy development. %K 体育传媒, %K 体育直播课程, %K 身体素质
