%X 基于ESG绩效评价推动制造企业可持续发展是一项重要的任务&#65292;也是提升制造企业发展水平与质量的关键一环&#65292;对于强化制造企业的市场核心竞争力、实现制造企业的可持续发展也具有关键的意义和影响。所以论文从企业内部治理以及企业市场核心竞争力的角度探索了基于ESG绩效评价推动制造企业可持续发展的可行性&#65292;并且分析了当前企业可持续发展所面临的挑战&#65292;包含环境保护要求带来的挑战、社会期望增加带来的挑战、公司治理结构完善带来的挑战、市场竞争与资本需求变化所带来的挑战&#65292;最后&#65292;基于ESG绩效评价制度提出了促进制造企业可持续发展的对策&#65292;包含强化环保措施、优化员工福利、完善治理结构、研发环保产品等。用以助力提升制造企业发展水平和质量&#65292;强化制造企业的市场核心竞争力。<br>It is an important task to promote the sustainable development of manufacturing enterprises based on ESG performance evaluation, and it is also a key link to improve the development level and quality of manufacturing enterprises. It is also of critical significance and influence to strengthen the core market competitiveness of manufacturing enterprises and realize their sustainable development. Therefore, the paper explores the feasibility of promoting the sustainable development of manufacturing enterprises based on ESG performance evaluation from the perspectives of internal governance and market core competitiveness. It also analyzes the challenges faced by sustainable development of enterprises, including challenges brought about by environmental protection requirements, increased social expectations, the perfection of corporate governance structure, and changes in market competition and capital needs. Finally, based on the ESG performance evaluation system, countermeasures for promoting the sustainable development of manufacturing enterprises are proposed, including strengthening environmental protection measures, optimizing employee benefits, perfecting governance structures, and developing environmentally friendly products. These are aimed at helping to enhance the development level and quality of manufacturing enterprises and strengthen their market core competitiveness.
