%X 随着国有企业市场化改革发展的趋势越来越明显,专业技术人才队伍接续问题依然现实且突出。然而,当前的培养储备体系存在目标不明确、针对性不强、方法途径较为单一、人才管理机制的激励效应不明显等问题,系统性人才培养体系尚未真正形成,导致培养成效不佳。基于此,文章针对国有企业专业技术人才的需求现状、培养模式、资源整合及激励机制等方面展开深入探讨,提出构建和优化培养体系的策略,以期提升企业核心竞争力,满足企业发展的实际需求。
With the increasingly obvious trend of market-oriented reform and development in state-owned enterprises, the problem of continuing the professional and technical talent team remains realistic and prominent. However, the current training reserve system has problems such as unclear goals, weak targeting, relatively single methods and approaches, and unclear incentive effects of talent management mechanisms. A systematic talent training system has not yet been truly formed, resulting in poor training effectiveness. Based on this, the article conducts in-depth discussions on the current demand status, training mode, resource integration, and incentive mechanism of professional and technical talents in state-owned enterprises and proposes strategies for constructing and optimizing the training system, in order to enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises and meet the actual needs of enterprise development.
