%X 在短视频媒体日益流行的背景下，省级公共图书馆开始积极利用抖音平台来提供服务和塑造形象。本文通过在线调研和数据分析手段，对28个省级图书馆的抖音账号进行了深入研究，评估了它们在传播上的表现，并识别了存在的不足。文章进一步提出了改进建议，以增强这些图书馆通过抖音进行有效传播的能力。
Against the backdrop of the growing popularity of short video media, provincial public libraries have begun to actively utilize the TikTok platform to provide services and shape their image. This paper conducts an in-depth study of the TikTok accounts of 27 provincial public libraries through online surveys and data analysis methods, assessing their performance in communication and identifying existing shortcomings. The article further proposes improvement suggestions to enhance the ability of these libraries to effectively communicate through the TikTok platform.
