In the contemporary educational system, moral education is crucial for fostering the all-round development of students. This paper takes the example of a practical course at a university in Xinjiang that uses a project-based teaching model to tell Chinese stories in English to explore the effective implementation approaches of moral education in public college English teaching. The paper provides a detailed introduction to the teaching objectives, models, arrangement, implementation, and feedback of the “Telling Chinese Stories Well” practical course.
