Dynamic Value Chain Model for the Cultivation of New Energy Talent at Longyuan Power under the “Dual Carbon” Goal %A 华玉婷 %J Service Science and Management %P 554-559 %@ 2324-7916 %D 2024 %I Hans Publishing %R 10.12677/ssem.2024.135068 %X 在全球应对气候变化的大背景下,中国提出了“双碳”目标。作为实现这一目标的重要领域,新能源行业需要培养具备高水平技术技能的人才。本文以龙源电力为例,探讨了在“双碳”背景下,新能源技术技能人才培养的重要性及其动态价值链模型。研究表明,技术技能人才培养动态价值链模型能够有效整合目标管理、主要活动、辅助活动与评估活动四个部分,构建出一个系统、科学的新能源人才培养体系,从而为实现企业的可持续发展和创新提供坚实的人才基础。
In the global context of addressing climate change, China has proposed the “Dual Carbon” goals. As a crucial sector for achieving these objectives, the new energy industry needs to cultivate talents with high-level technical skills. This paper takes Longyuan Power as an example to explore the importance of cultivating new energy technical skills talent under the “Dual Carbon” context and its dynamic value chain model. The study shows that the dynamic value chain model for the cultivation of technical skills talent can effectively integrate goal management, main activities, support activities, and evaluation activities. It builds a systematic and scientific new energy talent cultivation system, thereby providing a solid talent foundation for the sustainable development and innovation of enterprises. %K 新能源, %K 人才培养, %K 技术技能, %K 价值链
