Analysis of the Medication Pattern of Chinese Medicine Patents for the Treatment of Bone Fracture Based on Data Mining %A 任可名 %A 张晓峰 %J Journal of Clinical Personalized Medicine %P 831-843 %@ 2334-3443 %D 2024 %I Hans Publishing %R 10.12677/jcpm.2024.33120 %X 目的：运用数据挖掘对国家专利网中治疗骨折的中药方剂专利进行统计分析，以求其用药规律。方法：搜集中药专利治疗骨折的信息，采用Excel对中药的药频、药性、药味、归经以及功效分类进行统计。通过SPSS modeler 18.0软件对数据进行前后关联规则的分析，通过SPSS statistics 26.0对使用频率最高的23味中药进行系统聚类分析。结果：共收集399个中药处方，包含5299味中药。其中内服方剂共371个，共4775味中药；外用方剂28个，共524味中药。使用超过50次的中药有23味，例如红花、当归和骨碎补等。其中温、平、寒性质的药物最为常用；药味上辛、苦、甘的药物居多；归经方面主要归肝、心、脾经；功效上，以活血化瘀和补虚为主导。通过关联规则分析得到12组常用药物组合；通过聚类分析，将这23味高频中药分为3类。结论：中药专利治疗骨折的核心药物包括红花、乳香和没药等，常用的药物组合有乌药–苍术、苍术–威灵仙等。治法以活血化瘀为基础，同时辅以祛风湿和补虚。
Objective: The objective of this study is to use data mining to statistically analyze the patents of traditional Chinese medicine prescriptions for the treatment of fractures in the national patent network, so as to find out the rules of their medication. Method: The information of the patented treatment of fractures with traditional Chinese medicine was collected, and Excel was used to count the frequency, properties, taste, attribution and efficacy classification of traditional Chinese medicine. SPSS modeler 18.0 software was used to analyze the correlation rules of the data, and SPSS statistics 26.0 was used to analyze the systematic clustering of 23 traditional Chinese medicines with the highest frequency. Result: A total of 399 prescriptions of Chinese medicines were collected, including 5299 flavors of Chinese medicines. Among them, there were 371 internal prescriptions and 4775 traditional Chinese medicines; There are 28 external prescriptions, with a total of 524 Chinese medicines. There are 23 Chinese herbs that have been used more than 50 times, such as safflower, angelica and broken bones. Among them, warm, flat and cold drugs are the most used; Most of the medicines are pungent, bitter and sweet in taste; In terms of meridian attribution, it mainly belongs to the liver, heart, and spleen meridians; In terms of efficacy, it is dominated by blood circulation and blood stasis and deficiency supplementation. Through association rule analysis, 12 groups of commonly used drug combinations were obtained. Through cluster analysis, these 23 high-frequency Chinese medicines were divided into three categories. Conclusion: The core drugs of traditional Chinese medicine patent for the treatment of fractures include safflower, frankincense and myrrh, and the commonly used drug combinations include Wuyao-Atractylodes, Atractylodes-Clematis, etc. The treatment method is based on blood circulation and blood stasis, supplemented by rheumatism and deficiency supplementation. %K 数据挖掘， %K 骨折， %K 关联规则， %K 聚类， %K 专利， %K 组方规律
