Exploring the Medication Rules of Stroke Sequelae Based on Data Mining %A 刘亚川 %A 卢昌均 %A 李苑硕 %J Traditional Chinese Medicine %P 2220-2229 %@ 2166-6059 %D 2024 %I Hans Publishing %R 10.12677/tcm.2024.139331 %X 目的:基于R语言平台探讨中风后遗症的用药规律,为中风后遗症的中医药治疗提供参考依据。方法:检索“知网”、“维普”、“万方”、“中国生物医学文献数据库”中中药治疗中风后遗症的相关文献,并用采用Excel软件进行统计,利用R语言进行频数统计、关联规则分析、聚类分析。结果:最终纳入109首中药复方,共包含药物145味,用药频数前10味药物分别是当归、黄芪、地龙、川芎、赤芍、桃仁、红花、甘草、丹参、鸡血藤。药物药性以温、寒、平性为主,药味以苦、辛、甘味为主;归经以肝、脾、肾经为主。关联规则分析显示获得以当归、黄芪、地龙、川芎、桃仁、红花、三七为核心的药物组合;层次聚类分析得到3类、15类药物组合。结论:分析中风后遗症临床用药的常用组合规律,为临床治疗中风后遗症提供用药思路。
Objective: To explore the medication pattern of stroke sequelae based on R language platform, and to provide a reference for TCM treatment of stroke sequelae. Methods: The relevant literature of traditional Chinese medicine treatment in “CNKI”, “Weipu”, “Wanfang” and “Chinese biomedical literature database” was searched, and Excel software was used for statistics, frequency statistics, association rule analysis and cluster analysis in R language. Results: 109 traditional Chinese medicine compounds were included, and 145 drugs were angelica, Astragalus, astragalus, Dilong, Chuanxiong, peach peony, peach, safflower, licorice, Salvia miltiorrhiza and chicken blood vine. Warm, cold and flat, mainly bitter, spicy and sweet; mainly liver, spleen and kidney. The association rule analysis showed that drug combinations with Angelica, Astragalus, Dragon, Chuanxiong, peach kernel, safflower and Panax notoginseng were obtained; 3 and 15 drug combinations were obtained by hierarchical cluster analysis. Conclusion: analyze the common combination of clinical medication for stroke sequelae and provide ideas for clinical treatment of stroke sequelae. %K 数据挖掘, %K 中风后遗症, %K 用药规律
