%X 随着中国特色社会主义进入新时代&#65292;基层社会治理也提出了新要求&#65292;社会工作在参与社会治理中的功能和重要性也进一步凸显。社区网格化治理作为新兴手段&#65292;强调了对社区治理工作进行地域化管理和服务的需求。社会工作参与社区网格化治理&#65292;在对传统社会工作服务模式的拓展和延伸之外&#65292;可以进一步完善和创新社区治理模式。厘清社会工作专业人员在社区网格化治理中的角色定位和具体实践&#65292;对于进一步推动社会治理现代化&#65292;为社会工作与社区治理的融合发展提供理论和实践支持具有重要理论和实践意义。<br>With the advent of a new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics, new requirements have emerged for grassroots social governance, and the function and importance of social work in participating in social governance have been further highlighted. Community grid governance, as an emerging approach, emphasizes the need for localized management and service in community governance. The participation of social work in community grid governance not only extends and expands traditional social work service models but also improves and innovates community governance models. Clarifying the role positioning and specific practices of social work professionals in community grid governance is of great theoretical and practical significance for further promoting the modernization of social governance and providing theoretical and practical support for the integration and development of social work and community governance.
