Study on the Optimization Path of “Digitalization + Points System” Governance Model under the Perspective of Symbiosis—Based on the Practical Experience of S Village %A 冯文超 %J Modern Management %P 2243-2250 %@ 2160-732X %D 2024 %I Hans Publishing %R 10.12677/mm.2024.149262 %X “数字化 + 积分制”治理模式的深入发展不仅改变了传统乡村生产生活方式，还极大地提升了乡村现代化治理水平。乡村实施“数字化 + 积分制”治理模式，将大数据、云计算等数字技术应用于积分制的实践中，借助数字化平台提高村民参与乡村治理的自觉性和主动性，有效提升了乡村治理水平。文章基于共生理论视域来构建“数字化 + 积分制”治理共生系统模型，并以郫都区S村为例，分析该治理共生系统中的主体、环境以及合作模式，发现乡村“数字化 + 积分制”治理共生系统中，存在共生单元参与动机不强、共生环境基础建设不完善、共生模式打造较困难的问题。针对问题提出了构建紧密联系的乡村治理共同体、打造科学合理的乡村共生环境、开启互惠共生的乡村共生模式的优化措施，以推动乡村振兴。
The in-depth development of the “digitalization + points system” governance model has not only changed the traditional way of production and life in the countryside, but also greatly enhanced the level of modern governance in the countryside. The implementation of the “digitalization + points system” governance model in the countryside applies big data, cloud computing and other digital technologies to the practice of the points system, with the help of digital platforms to improve the consciousness and initiative of villagers to participate in rural governance, and effectively improve the level of governance in the countryside. This paper is based on the symbiosis theory to build a “digitalization + points system” governance symbiosis system model and takes Village S in Pidu District as an example to analyse the subjects, environment, and cooperation model within this governance symbiosis system. It is found that there are problems in the symbiosis system such as weak motivation for participation of symbiosis unit, imperfect infrastructure of symbiosis environment, and difficulty in creating symbiosis mode. To address these issues, it is proposed to build a closely connected rural governance community, create a scientific and reasonable rural symbiosis environment, and open a mutually beneficial rural symbiosis mode to promote rural revitalisation. %K “ %K 数字化 + 积分制” %K ， %K 乡村治理， %K 共生理论
