%X 泌尿系结石是临床常见的泌尿系统的疾病&#65292;其高患病率、高复发率的现状严重影响了患者的健康水平和生活质量。临床上主要表现为腰痛和血尿&#65292;因结石大小、位置的不同&#65292;症状也有所差异。对泌尿系结石进行快速且精确的诊断进而制定安全有效的治疗方案尤为重要。影像学技术的发展对泌尿系结石的诊断带来了巨大变革&#65292;目前仍在不断优化和创新&#65292;期待能够在精准诊断的同时降低患者的痛苦和经济负担&#65292;实现更好的诊疗效果。<br>Urinary calculi is a common disease of urinary system in clinic. Its high prevalence and recurrence rate seriously affect the health level and quality of life of patients. The main clinical manifestations are lumbago and hematuria, and the symptoms vary depending on the size and location of the stones. Rapid and accurate diagnosis of urinary calculi is particularly important to develop safe and effective treatment. The development of imaging technology has brought great changes to the diagnosis of urinary calculi, and it is still being continuously optimized and innovated. It is expected to reduce the pain and economic burden of patients while making accurate diagnosis, and achieve better diagnosis and treatment results.
