%X 专业认同感是学前教育专业学生职业发展的重要心理基础,本研究从心理资本的视角出发,探讨了如何通过提升学生的自我效能感、希望、乐观和韧性四个维度来增强其专业认同感。本研究分析了心理资本与专业认同感的关系,发现心理资本的四个维度与专业认同感显著相关,特别是自我效能感和希望对专业认同感的提升具有重要作用。基于这些发现,本研究提出了一系列策略,希望通过心理资本的增强,教育实践和环境的优化来提升学生的专业认同感。
Professional identity serves as a pivotal psychological foundation for the career trajectory of students specializing in preschool education. from the perspective of psychological capital, this study explores how to enhance students’ professional identity by improving their self-efficacy, hope, optimism, and resilience. The study analyzes the relationship between psychological capital and professional identity, finding that the four dimensions of psychological capital are significantly correlated with professional identity, especially self-efficacy and hope play an important role in enhancing professional identity. Based on these findings, the study proposes a series of strategies to enhance students’ professional identity through the enhancement of psychological capital, the optimization of educational practices and the environment.
