%X 吊床体位是基于仿生学原理&#65292;模拟母亲子宫环境而有益于婴儿的一种物理体位。目前&#65292;国外广泛开展吊床体位应用于早产儿的研究&#65292;而国内对此关注较少。本文综述了NICU开展吊床体位的临床实践以及在早产儿中的应用效果&#65292;同时分析了国内开展吊床体位可能面临的困难与挑战&#65292;并提出相应建议&#65292;旨在为国内开展相关研究提供参考依据。<br>Hammock position is a kind of physical position based on the principle of bionics, which simulates the environment of the mother&#8217;s womb and is beneficial to the baby. At present, hammock position has been widely used in premature infants abroad, but less attention has been paid to it in China. In this paper, the clinical practice and application effect of NICU hammock position in premature infants were reviewed, and the possible difficulties and challenges in carrying out hammock position in China were analyzed, and corresponding suggestions were put forward in order to provide reference for relevant research in China.
