%X 皮肤瘙痒&#65292;是尿毒症患者在临床中常见症状之一&#65292;且病因复杂&#65292;严重影响患者生命质量.尽管它很重要&#65292;但我们对尿毒症皮肤瘙痒病理生理学的了解并不完整。该文对近年来中西医最新研究进展进行分析&#65292;CKD-aP的机制可从尿毒症毒素积累、皮肤因素、免疫系统失调、神经系统因素等方面进行叙述。中西医目前的治疗建议集中于规律血液透析、生活方式干预、外用药物治疗等。中医将从病因病机方面入手去进行治疗&#65292;主要集中于各种中医特色治疗。<br>Itchy skin, one of the common symptoms in patients with uremia in the clinic, and the complexity of its etiology, seriously affects the quality of life of patients. Despite its importance, our understanding of the pathophysiology of itchy skin in uremia is incomplete. The paper analyses the latest research progress in Chinese and Western medicine in recent years, the mechanism of CKD-aP can be described from the accumulation of uremic toxins, skin factors, immune system dysregulation, neurological factors, and so on, and the Chinese and Western medicine current treatment recommendations are focused on the regular haemodialysis, lifestyle interventions, and topical drug therapy. Chinese medicine will start from the aspect of etiology and pathogenesis to go for treatment, mainly focusing on various Chinese medicine speciality treatments and so on.
