%X 《内经》提出“燥胜则干”的理论，指出燥邪过盛会导致干燥的现象，原发性干燥综合征(Primary Sjogren’s Syndrome, PSS)属于“燥痹”范畴，临床以口眼、皮肤干燥为主要特征。目前本病的发病机制尚不明确，西医在本病的治疗上方法单一，而中医药在本病的治疗上具有独特的优势，本文基于“燥胜则干”理论浅析养阴清热法在临床上对PSS的应用。
Inner Diameter put forward the theory of “dryness leads to dryness”, pointing out that dryness leads to excessive pageant, and primary Sjogren’s syndrome (PSS) belongs to the category of “dryness”, which is mainly characterized by dry mouth, eyes and skin. At present, the pathogenesis of the disease is not clear, Western medicine in the treatment of the disease is single, and traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of the disease has a unique advantage, this paper based on the theory of “dryness leads to dryness” analysis of the clinical application of nourishing Yin and clearing heat in PSS.
