%X 刺血疗法作为中医外治法的一种&#65292;被广泛应用于皮肤病的治疗中&#65292;瘙痒作为皮肤病的常见症状&#65292;往往给患者的身心健康带来难以忽视的不良影响。临床研究已经证实刺血疗法对减轻瘙痒效果显著&#65292;现整理刺血疗法治疗临床常见瘙痒性皮肤病的治疗效果及研究进展&#65292;以期为刺血疗法对瘙痒性皮肤疾患的临床运用方面提供更多参考。<br>Acupuncture-bloodletting therapy, as one of the external treatments in traditional Chinese medicine, has been widely used in the treatment of skin diseases. Pruritus, a common symptom of skin diseases, often brings about considerable adverse effects on patients&#8217; physical and mental health. Clinical studies have confirmed that acupuncture-bloodletting therapy is effective in alleviating pruritus. This paper reviews the progress of the therapeutic effects of acupuncture-bloodletting therapy in the treatment of common pruritic skin diseases, with the aim of providing more references for the clinical application of acupuncture-bloodletting therapy in pruritic skin diseases.
