%X 在新时代学校体育发展趋势的引领下,新时代学校体育必须做到“教会、勤练、常赛”,体育课堂教学应紧紧围绕“教学、勤练、常赛”开展结构化教学。本文运用教育实践法、逻辑分析法、文献资料法分别从如何进行单元设计、如何开展单元教学两个角度进行结构化分析,以六年级耐力跑单元教学作为案例,旨在探讨在“教会、勤练、常赛”视域下如何开展结构化单元教学,提升体育课的教学质量,从而为推动聚焦“教会、勤练、常赛”的学校体育教学新模式提供方法与经验。
Under the guidance of the development trend of school physical education in the new era, school physical education must achieve “teaching, diligent practice, and regular competition”. Physical education classroom teaching should closely focus on “teaching, diligent practice, and regular competition” to carry out structured teaching. This article uses the methods of educational practice, logical analysis, and literature review to conduct a structured analysis from two perspectives: how to design units and how to carry out unit teaching. Taking the sixth grade endurance running unit teaching as a case study, the aim is to explore how to carry out structured unit teaching and improve the teaching quality of physical education classes under the perspective of “teaching, diligent practice, and regular competition”, so as to provide methods and experience for promoting a new model of school physical education teaching that focuses on “teaching, diligent practice, and regular competition”.
