%X 任何一种观点、理论或思想的形成都不可能是无源之水、无本之木。同样地，马克思主义法学观的嬗变亦需遵循与之相匹配的逻辑规律。纵观人类文明各种社会形态下的法律文化及思想潮流不难发现，不同学派的思想家们总是竭力通过多种多样的法律思维等来探求诸多法律现象背后的内在深层次奥秘。但从整体上来看，自马克思主义法学诞生以前，无论中西方的优秀法律文化遗产是何等丰富，其始终都摆脱不了唯心史观的消极影响。在唯心史观视域下，法学家们常常会把纷繁复杂的法学现象视作某种超时空、超人类及超阶级的抽象产物。然而，这种做法很难使人们正确认识法的本质亦或是真正掌握法的产生、演进及发展的规律性及内在逻辑性。某种意义上，在历史唯物主义和辩证唯物主义基础上诞生的马克思主义法学观不仅极大地促进了人类文明进程的演进，亦为人们认识客观现实世界和改造客观现实世界等提供了强有力的法律思想武器。质言之，马克思主义法学观的诞生，为法律学科的整体发展拓开了一条无限发展的康庄大道。
The formation of any single viewpoint, theory, or thought cannot be without its sources. Therefore, the evolution of the Marxist legal perspective must follow its corresponding logical laws. A review of legal cultures and ideological trends under various social forms of human civilization always reveals that all thinkers of different schools have tried their best to explore the deep-seated mysteries behind various legal phenomena through plenty of legal thinking. However, no matter how rich the excellent legal cultural heritage in both the East and the West was, it could not shake off the negative influence of idealist historical views before the birth of Marxist jurisprudence. Also, according to the perspective of idealist historical views, jurists often regard the complex phenomena of law as some abstract products that could transcend time, space, humanity, and class. Such an approach makes it difficult for all people to correctly and completely understand the essence of law and truly grasp the regularity and inherent logic of the emergence, evolution, and development of law. In a sense, the Marxist legal perspective, born on the basis of historical materialism and dialectical materialism, has not only greatly promoted the evolution of the human civilization process but also provided a powerful legal ideological weapon for human beings to understand and transform the objective reality. To summarize, the birth of the Marxist legal perspective has opened up a broad avenue of infinite development for the overall advancement of the legal discipline for sure.
