Based on a deep understanding of news aggregation media behavior and its qualitative nature, this article analyzes the copyright issues it faces. Furthermore, it explores extraterritorial experiences to investigate effective legal regulatory strategies, aiming to promote legitimate and compliant operations of news aggregation media, protect the rights and interests of original content creators, and ensure effective dissemination of information.
